Every session starts with a real problem a member is navigating, not a keynote. The format is peer-to-peer dialogue, occasionally anchored by a practitioner guest speaker who has solved the problem being discussed. No slide decks. No product demos. No Q&A panels where vendors answer questions about the challenges they are selling solutions to.
